Delivery

Mama Ngina Fresh Market delivers from Mpaka Road, Westlands, Nairobi. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are usually delivered the same day within Nairobi. Delivery fees are calculated by your delivery zone at checkout, starting from KSh 150.

Returns

Fresh produce, meals and medicines cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged, spoiled or incorrect. Report any issue within 2 hours of delivery via customer care or WhatsApp and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
