By using Zillah Market you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Marketplace

Zillah Market is a platform connecting independent vendors and delivery riders with customers. Vendors are responsible for the products they list, their quality and applicable licences. Pharmacies must be licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when a vendor accepts it. If an item is unavailable, the vendor may offer a substitute or issue a refund.

3. Payments

M-Pesa payments are processed through Safaricom's Daraja platform. Cash on delivery may be available for selected vendors and zones.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary with weather and traffic. Please provide accurate location details and a reachable phone number.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Refunds for paid orders are returned to the original payment channel within 3–7 business days.
