- Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.
- Morio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activities.
4. Service Usage
Morio provides ride-hailing, delivery, and professional service bookings. You agree to:
- Use Morio only for lawful purposes.
- Respect drivers, vendors, and other users.
- Not misuse the platform for fraudulent transactions.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
- Refunds are only issued for canceled or failed orders, subject to Morio’s refund policy.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Users and service providers can cancel bookings within the allowed time.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or account suspension.
7. Driver & Vendor Responsibilities
- Drivers and vendors must comply with local regulations and Morio’s policies.
- Any misconduct, fraudulent activity, or failure to fulfill services may result in suspension or legal action.
8. Data Privacy
Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Morio is a platform connecting users to service providers. We are not liable for:
- Service quality, delays, or issues caused by drivers or vendors.
- Losses, damages, or accidents arising from service use.
10. Account Termination
Morio reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
Morio may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the app means acceptance of any changes.
12. Charges & Fees
Morio charges a flat rate of KSH 500 Monthly to all vendors and drivers and 5% Commision after sale. However, Other costs like Push Notification Marketing and Featured Vendor/Product might incur and its subject to one on one negotiation with the partner .
