How do I place an order?

Browse a store, add items to your cart, choose delivery or pickup, and pay with M-Pesa or cash on delivery.

How does M-Pesa STK Push work?

At checkout, enter your M-Pesa phone number. You will receive a prompt to enter your PIN. Once confirmed, your order is marked paid automatically.

How fast is delivery?

Most Nairobi orders arrive within 30–90 minutes, depending on the vendor and your zone.

Can I order from multiple vendors?

Each cart is fulfilled by one vendor so your food and groceries arrive fresh and on time. Simply place a second order for another vendor.

What if an item is missing?

Contact support within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email and we will make it right.

How do I track my rider?

Open your order tracking page from your account. When a rider is assigned, their live location is shown on the map.

Can I pay on delivery?

Cash on delivery is available on selected vendors and zones. Choose it at checkout if shown.
